1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • All Joulisse orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery time is estimated between 7 to 15 business days, depending on the customer’s location and product availability.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer’s location and the quantity/weight of the products in the order.

  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

  • Free or discounted shipping may be offered for specific areas, promotions, or minimum order amounts.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email or message with the order details.

  • A second notification will be sent once the order has been shipped or marked as delivered.

  • When available, tracking information or delivery updates will be shared with the customer.

4. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing their order.

  • Joulisse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or by third‑party carriers.

  • If a customer notices a problem with their delivery, they must contact us within 48 hours of noticing the issue.
