All Joulisse orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time is estimated between 7 to 15 business days, depending on the customer’s location and product availability.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.
2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer’s location and the quantity/weight of the products in the order.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email or message with the order details.

4. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing their order.

Joulisse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or by third‑party carriers.
